Hi Sandra, the babies were born 1.5 weeks ago. We may have a male or 2 available, however we are in the process of sorting through the waiting list, so we'll keep you updated. Glad you liked the photos, the babies are coming along very nicely-its hard to resist not keeping any!
Hi Hayley, thanks for your nice comments. We are aiming at reducing the white on our dogs, reason being because predominantly white dogs, cats any species will be prone to skin cancers. Aussie's love to sun bake and will burn easily if they have alot of white- we have a 14 year old white whippet, who has had to have numerous skin cancers removed, this was terrible for her, and she isn't doing well as a result.
Therefore it only makes sense, that in our aim to produce a bulldog that is suited to the Australian climate we also think about making their lives a little easier and our own (not having to put sun screen and keeping the dogs from the sun), and decreasing the predminance of white really makes the difference, particularly around the ears, eyes, nose and belly.
We also love the pieds, and white is the dominant colour over all others, and its very easy to re-introduce, hence our younger stud male Baldor, but at this stage of our progam we are concentrating on predominantly red dogs, to ensure we don't get too 'washed out', with our colours in the future.
But this litter has shown that it is largely luck of the draw when your breeding from dogs that don't consistently carry the darker colour genes, its a bit like type, if our dogs ancestors weren't consistent in type for at least the last 3 generations, theres no way our stock would be producing a consistent type.

The babies are gorgeous! i was just wondering, is red the colour your aiming towards for the dogs, or is this just the match between Zelda and Owen, or just the luck of the drawer? Only because I really loved the colourings of the earlier littersa t balerow with the white and lite tan clours, they were really beautiful.

When were these puppies born? Are any available?
They are very nice, just the type we have been looking for. Sincerely, Sandra.
